This page explains how users of Playground / GarGear can delete their account and what account-linked data is removed.

You can delete your Playground / GarGear account from inside the app. Open the profile or settings menu, choose the account deletion option, and follow the confirmation steps shown in the app.
Account deletion is available to signed-in users through the app settings flow.
If you cannot access the app or need help, you can request account deletion by emailing playgroundjune2026@gmail.com. Please include the email address, username, or other account details needed to identify the account. We may ask for additional information to verify the request before deleting the account.
When your account is deleted, we delete or de-identify account data associated with the account where applicable, including the account profile, username or nickname, profile image, saved or favorited games, follows, groups, comments or messages, uploaded content associated with the account, and other account-linked app activity.
Some information may be retained if required for legal, security, fraud detection, abuse prevention, dispute resolution, or other compliance reasons. Any retained data is kept only for as long as necessary for those limited purposes.
